What is included in the membership? 

  • All downloadable resources on the website that are individually priced turn to £0.00 enabling you to access as many as you wish at no extra cost.
  • An exclusive blog related to outdoor learning topics, just for members.
  • The ability to request new resources.

I have joined the membership. How do I access the resources? 

Welcome! Once joined, you will notice that all prices turn to £0.00 when logged im. Add any resources you would like to your basket and checkout for free. The email confirmation will be sent automatically and you can also access the chosen resources by heading to your account area and clicking ‘downloads’.

I can’t access my resources that I have paid for. What shall I do? 

Check your junk box for a confirmation email, they can often end up here. Login to your account using the same email address your purchased the order with. If using Apple Pay/paypal this can sometimes have a different email attached to your payment information, so check those too. If you still can’t see your resource, contact us and we will be happy to help.

I no longer wish to be a member, how do I cancel? 

In your account area, there is a ‘cancel’ option to click on. This applies to the yearly payment option at anytime, and after twelve months for the monthly payment option.

My monthly payment for the membership bounced or was not taken. What happens now? 

If your payment is declined, the website will try again in a few days so do not worry. If it is because your card details need updating, you can do this in the account area when logged in.

Can I have a refund for my order? 

All downloadable products are non-refundable unless a mistake was made at the time of ordering such as multiple orders of the same product. Please check all item descriptions before purchasing.

Once memberships are active, refunds will not be actioned.

Refunds incur a 20% charge due to fees.

Who are the resources aimed at? 

The resources on the Early Years Outdoor website are designed by Katie Taylor and are aimed at young children around the ages of 2 to 7 years old. Older and younger children can access the resources depending upon their interests and ability. The resources suit teachers, Forest School Leaders, teaching assistants, childminders, playgroup leaders, nannies, home educators, parents and anyone who works with young children and has a passion for nature or outdoor learning.

Can I share your resources with others? 

The resources are intended for your sole use only. Please do not share with anyone else.

Are the resources protected by copyright? 

Yes, every resource is protected by copyright. Please do not copy, recreate or use any parts of the resources.

What format are the resources in and are they editable? 

All resources are in a pdf format unless stated otherwise. The resources cannot be edited.
