Newly updated. A document featuring images of different families made from pebbles. There are thirteen different families and pets, each can be interpreted by the child as someone from their own family as they are in a range of sizes with no facial features.
Included in the document are key family words on painted pebbles, such as Mum, Mummy, Mother, Stepmother, Dad, Daddy, Father, Stepdad, Brother, Sister etc… Templates to add your pebble families onto, a sheet of pebbles to cut out if you don’t have pebbles of your own and a sign.
Print out as part of a display, use in your role play areas or pop in tuff trays with pebbles for the children to create their own families. They are a great discussion point for children to describe their own families.
